Support Workers
We are seeking to employ bank staff to work for our new Domiciliary Care Agency providing care and support to adults and children with learning disabilities in their own homes and in our new supported living unit.
Pay rate £7.25 to £10.85 per hour (depending on experience and when the hours are worked).
Experience working with people with learning disabilities is preferred but not essential.

Key Workers
We are seeking to employ Key Workers to work for our new Domiciliary Care Agency providing care and support to adults and children with learning disabilities in their own homes and in our new supported living unit in Newbury.
You will be reliable, flexible, conscientious and have a positive outlook towards supporting people with learning disabilities.
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a social care setting is essential as is an ability to relate to people with learning disabilities.
An NVQ2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential as is a willingness to undertake an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
An ability to provide personal care and general support to people with learning disabilities and educate other members of staff in those skills will also be required.
Pay rates for permanent staff (37.5 hours per week) range from £16,000 to £18,000 per annum dependent on experience for which an ability to work a flexible working pattern including evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
